چکیده

Electrochemical cutting using tube electrode with inclined holes is a machining method that directly and obliquely injects electrolyte into the gap through jet-flow on sidewall of electrode, allowing electrochemical workpiece. To improve efficiency accuracy this technique, workpiece vibration in feed direction–assisted proposed which rapidly periodically changes gap. The near-instantaneous increases promote renewal removal electrolytic products. At same time, reaction time under nonuniform flow field caused by downward injection reduced. simulation indicates can velocity electrolyte. effect vibrational amplitude frequency result investigated slit experiments. Compared without direction, average rate assisted 0.1 mm 1.5 Hz be increased 50%, width difference between upper lower end reduced from 115.56 to 49.6 μm. are improved. Finally, an array slice structure fabricated stainless steel block cross-section 10 × at 6 μm/s Hz, respectively.
